The exhibition buildings in which the various collections are displayed are as follows :

         1. Chaturamuk Pavilion. King Rama IV. Memorial. Exhibition a collection of items the everyday life of King Rama IV. The origins and subsequent history of the museum are also featured in this pavilion.
         2. Phimanrathaya Pavilion. Exhibition of art objects : Buddha images, votive tablestsm wood varying etc.

    3. Deputy Government Bld. The exhibition is divided into five categories :

              3.1 Ayutthaya Art and Architecture.    Featuring fragments of architecture such as stucco decoration, roof tiles, miniatures of religious sanctuaries, boundary stones.
              3.2 Trading Ceramics of Ayutthaya Kingdom.
Reprsenting the importance of Ayutthaya as a major trade center. Thai ceramics and imported ceramics from China, Vietnam and Japan are displayed. The outstanding art object is the Blue and While Jar, Yuan Dynasty.
               3.3 Ancient Weapons.    This is a collection of late Ayutthaya and early Bangkok period weapons ; cannons and cannonbals, muskets etc.
              3.4 Buddhist Sacrifce.    Collection of Buddhist votive gifts comprising religious art objects ; Buddha footprint, library cabinets for Buddhist manuscripts, ecclesiastic fans, bronze basin and bell etc.
              3.5 Riverside Life in the Old City.
   This collection represents the way of life, culture and traditiions of the people who live by the river in Ayutthaya in the past and until present day.
