special Exhibition "A Royal Collection of Garments Celebrating Her Majesty the Queen's Support of Thai Textiles"        The National Museum Bangkok in collaboration with the National Museum Volunteers present the special exhibition entitled "A Royal Collection of Garments Celebrating Her Majesty the Queen's Support of Thai Textiles" More than 30 dresses of her Majesty the Queen will be on display to demonstrate Her support of Thai fabrics. The Exhibition will be held at the Issaravinitchai Hall, National Museum Bangkok during 19 January - 10 February 2002 from 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. everyday except Mondays and Tuesdays.        For more information please call the Museum Education office at 0 2224-7744, 0 2224-1333

Museum Education for the Public On 20 Sunday, January 2002, 1.30 - 4.30 a.m. present a special lecture program in Thai under the title "Thai Textile" by Mrs.Natthapatra Chandravij, curator and followed by the guided tour of the collection room of the Thai Textile in the National Museum Bangkok and special exhibition . On 3 Sunday, February 2002, 1.30 - 4.30 p.m. present a special lecture in Thai and demonstration under the title "Some Tips Before viewing Khon and Lakorn " By Miss Vantanee Moungboon, specialist in Drama and music with staffs.
